One of the most beautiful trail in the world are in Italy. Named Via Krupp, the trail is located on the island of Capri, in the Tyrrhenian Sea, in the south of the Bay of Naples.

Standing on the edge of a cliff, this street is referred to as a work of art built overlapping yet so elegant.

Not only offers stunning sea views, this trail also has its own historical value. Built between 1900 and 1902, the footpath with a distance of about 100 meters uphill and winding up was made on the orders of a German man named Friedrich Alfred Krupp.
The man who was also an industrialist named Emilio Mayer asks engineers to design and build the trail.

Krupp himself known so loved the island of Capri, Italy, where he had lived there for several months each year at the Hotel Quisisana. He even has two cruise ship named Maya and a Puritan that he used to reach the island of Capri.

Krupp wanted a path that connects the Charterhouse of San Giacomo with the Marina Piccola, where his ship was docked. Many say that Krupp has a hobby that he likes oceanographic stopped at the island to study marine biology and study.
