The Splendor of Venice Regata Revealing Storica
Venice many years known as the city of water, thanks to the canals that surround the city as well as a characteristic that is located in Italy.

Most of the buildings in Venice is located on top of the water canals. The water canals crossing along Venice and over the years has also become a tourist attraction because there are foreign gondolas beautiful there.

Not a coincidence takes place annually Regata Storica festival taking place on the Grand Canal in Venice.

Reported by the Daily Mail, a festival that takes place in the first week of September this contest brings colorful luxury gondola. This ship is sailing down the Grand Canal under Rialto bridge.

Hundreds of people gathered on the bridge looking at the gondola parade. In Regata Storica, gondola contested. Each vessel loaded with dozens of rowers.

In addition to racing, the gondola also paraded down the Grand Canal from St. Mark Bay, and passing under the Rialto bridge where many people gathered to watch. The finish line is marked with a colorful stage that is above the water canal.

Regata Storica become one of the major tourist attraction as well as a venue for historic preservation in the city of Venice, Italy.
